  i thought i'd pop in and say hi to everyone, sorry i've been away, again.. i've been busy at work and volunteering at a homeless shelter.

  wife and i are doing great, trying to get use to this new site.

  did everyone have a great new year?

  Christmas 2008

  for those of you who are celebrting this year and have done so other years, do you find it kind of hard to get everything done?

  i thought that money may be my biggest issue this christmas, but it's more about time, i still haven't even got my tree yet, just a couple days ago hung the lights.

  this past week i only started getting boxes down, i may not go all out this year like last year just seems like not enough time.

  looks like it's time for me to go back to the kingdom hall and start attending meetings again.

  i guess the witnesses were right after all, i'm going to make a few phone calls right now and see if i can arrange a bible study for tonight.

  ok, not to change anyones religious beliefs or anything but just because in my weird head!

  i think it would be funny to protest at the assembly, with a bunch of people wearing funny halloween costumes of all sorts.

  i know that a lot of people here are against that sort of thing, but i want to do it just because it will funny.

  Death and JW's

  in regards to other posts about people dropping dead during meeting and assemblies, it has been my belief that jw's have a pretty weird way of dealing with death.

  i'm not sure if its just my family or what but none of my brothers or sisters ever go to visit my dad's grave.

  i know this for sure, because no one in my family burried him, i took his ashes and placed him in a cemetery, none of my jw brothers or sister ever asked where is dad located, and by that time my mom was already married to another jw.
